Free Home Inspection
The process begins with a free inspection where we assess your needs
and determine the unique characteristics of your home. Our comfort
specialist will discuss different applications and help you choose
the option that will best fit your lifestyle and keep your home comfortable
and energy efficient for years to come.
Load Analysis
A custom heating and cooling load analysis follows the home inspection.
We draw a floor plan of your home detailing square footage, insulation
factors, windows, doors and individual room use. The information is
downloaded into a computer program that simulates weather conditions
for our area and determines the heating and cooling capacities needed
to keep your home comfortable year-round. Companies that size equipment
based on visual inspection and rules of thumb are just guessing about
your comfort.
REPAIRS
Repair Service
Comfort Tech Air Conditioning Company employs a customer-friendly,
flat rate pricing system for repairs. Flat rate pricing is based on
national averages for estimated repair times and parts cost. It is
intended to provide consumers with a fair and level pricing system
that eleminates the risk of inaccurate estimates and repairs that
take longer than they should. Lets face it because of varying experience
levels, some technicians take longer than others to make the same
repair. With flat rate pricing, it doesn't matter. If a repair takes
longer than the alloted time, that's our problem...not yours.
Here's how it works. An initial diagnostic
fee is charged for coming to your house and determining the problem.
Once the problem has been determined, the technician consults the
flat rate pricing catalog to determine the price for each task required
to restore your system to proper working order. You approve the cost
of the repairs before the actual work is done. If you choose not to
make the recommended repairs, you are responsible for paying only
the diagnostic fee. You are under no obligation to accept the recommended
repairs.
It should be noted that there are some circumstances
or repairs that do not lend themselves to flat rate pricing. In those
rare cases, repairs would be made on a time and material bases with
customer approval.

Residential and Commerical Maintenance
At Comfort Tech, we have a strong belief in the role of routine maintenance
on air conditioning and heating systems. Statistics show that a well
maintained system will last longer and reduce energy cost.
Safety First!
Today's systems are more complex than ever. Built in safety components
keep systems from operating in a hazardous manner. However, just like
brakes on automobiles, these components also need to be checked, cleaned
and adjusted.
Efficiency
It is safe to assume that most people are concerned about rising energy
cost. An average air conditioning unit that is low on refrigerant
or operating with a dirty condenser coil can cost more than an annual
maintenance agreement. These conditions can also result in reduced
cooling capacity and inability to keep a home comfortable.
Reliability
A maintenance agreement will not guarantee that a piece of equipment
will not fail. However, it is a proven fact that routine maintenance
service reduces the risk of breakdown during peak times. Worn or failing
parts can often be found and replaced before they fail. Cooling and
heating systems never fail at convenient times.
Convenience
We maintain your records in our computerized system. We call you to
set up service in the preseason before it gets hot or cold. We also
maintain a record of all your equipment service history. Our goal
is to take the burden off your remember list.
